Hanks Plumbing has been serving Utah County homes and its surrounding areas for over 28 years. Started by Shane Hanks in 1992, the company was built on a depth and breadth of experience cultivated by Shane throughout the previous decade. As Shane earned his Utah state plumbing license, he gained experience in a variety of sectors including plumbing in commercial, residential, industrial, and service.
In 1992, Shane launched Hanks Plumbing by contracting with a new housing subdivision. The business continued to grow over the next several years also focusing on new construction subdivision projects. By 2006 Shane decided to pivot the business and focus primarily on service clientele.

Shane knows the key to service clients is developing trust and repeat customers. To establish this, Shane came up with his famous “100% Guarantee.” The policy advertised that he would do everything he could to leave each client feeling 100% taken care of and satisfied with his work. Within only a few years, these two practices allowed Shane to discontinue paid ads and rely solely on repeat customers and referrals.
