These plumbers were extraordinary! I purchased a brand new toilet, tank and toilet seat for my parents. I called Hanks Plumbing asking them to install it all, I was referred to them from the plumbing supply store where I purchased everything from. They were nice and were there within 3 hours. When they got there, they realized that the toilet my parents already have, was almost identical to what I purchased. Instead of not saying anything and installing everything anyway, they suggested that we not waste our money. They didn't even charge me for coming out. It's rare to find such honest and kind people like this. Needless to say, I will ALWAYS be calling Hanks Plumbing for any kind of plumbing needs that we may have and I will highly recommend them to everyone. A few co-workers referred me to Hanks Plumbing and I'm so glad they did. I've been looking for a good and honest plumber for a long time. I've had so many bad experiences over the years and had all but given up trying to find a decent plumber. Now that I've had the pleasure of working with Hanks, I'll never go to anyone else. I had been quoted a large amount for a plumbing job by another company and Hanks was able to do it for half the price. I was so impressed, not only by the price, but the excellent job they did and they were nice enough to fix my two leaky hose bibs while they were there, which I had only mentioned, hoping to have them fixed at a later date. They went above and beyond and I so appreciate that. I was also pleasantly surprised when I received a handwritten thank you card from them in the mail a short time later. Such a nice touch.
